Are prices shown the final price?
They are ex-works From prices (China). Length, options, export packaging, shipping, duties, taxes and local installation are added in your written quote.
Will it fit my truck?
Toppers and campers are made to the bed. Send your year, make, model, cab and bed length and we confirm fit in writing before you order.
How is it shipped to the US?
Each unit ships in an export wooden crate by sea freight to your port or door. Crate and freight are quoted as separate lines.
How long is the lead time?
Production takes about 30 days after you approve the design drawings. After production, delivery takes about 5–7 weeks to a US West Coast port or 7–9 weeks to an East Coast port; actual dates can shift with typhoons or port congestion.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit starts production and the 50% balance is paid before the unit leaves our workshop. There is no online payment; terms are confirmed in writing.
What warranty do you give?
3 years on the body and structure, and 1 year on electrical, water and power systems, counted from the ex-works date.
Can I cancel my order?
Not once production has started, because materials for your build are already purchased.
Can I pay online?
No. There is no online payment. Orders are confirmed in writing with our sales team.
